Job summary

Duly Health and Care is seeking a Director of Epic EMR for Ambulatory to lead Epic Ambulatory/Healthy Planet and OpTime initiatives. The role reports to the VP of EMR Systems and focuses on delivering clinical EMR strategy across ambulatory care to improve patient outcomes and capacity.

We seek a candidate with 8+ years in Epic leadership, deep knowledge of outpatient modules, and a proven ability to drive KPI improvements while building a high-performing team in a hybrid work setting.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of Epic teams' management experience, preferably with multi-specialty experience.
• Excellent leadership, communication, vendor management, and collaboration skills.
• Proven track record of success in leading and executing Patient Engagement and Access and optimization projects.
• In-depth knowledge of Epic Outpatient Clinical Modules: Ambulatory, Beaker, Beacon, OpTime, Healthy Planet, Radiant.
• Strong understanding of the EMR landscape and its impact on healthcare operations.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Bachelor's or master's degree in healthcare administration or related field

IT Director Epic EMR - Ambulatory (Hybrid)

Reporting directly to the VP of EMR Systems, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the clinical EMR portfolio and engagement through innovative technology solutions. Your expertise will directly contribute to our organization's strategic goals of growth, improved patient outcomes, and expanded capacity for care. The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record of success in leading Epic EMR initiatives, with a deep understanding of Epic Ambulatory and additional clinical modules. Develop and execute a strategic roadmap for the Clinical EMR portfolio and aligned with the VP of EMR Systems' vision and enterprise-wide EMR strategy.

The compensation for this role includes a base pay range of $135,861.65 - $180,000 with the actual pay determined by factors such as skills, experience, education, certifications, geographic location, and internal equity. Additional compensation may be available through shift differentials, bonuses, and other incentives. Base pay is only a portion of the total rewards package.
