Job summary

Duly Health and Care is seeking a dynamic IT Director to lead Epic EMR initiatives in Ambulatory settings. The role reports to the VP of EMR Systems and focuses on expanding the clinical EMR portfolio and optimizing integrations across Ambulatory modules.

The ideal candidate brings 8+ years in Epic teams management, strong leadership and cross‑functional collaboration, and a proven record in Patient Engagement and Access projects.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Epic teams’ management, preferably with multi‑specialty experience.
• Excellent leadership, communication, vendor management, and collaboration skills.
• Proven track record of success in leading and executing Patient Engagement and Access and optimization projects.
• In‑depth knowledge of Epic Outpatient Clinical Modules: Ambulatory, Beaker, Beacon, OpTime, Healthy Planet, Radiant.
• Strong understanding of the EMR landscape and its impact on healthcare operations.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in healthcare administration or related field

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a strategic roadmap for the Clinical EMR portfolio.
• Lead Epic Ambulatory/Healthy Planet and OpTime/Ancillary Teams.
• Drive measurable improvements in KPIs as defined by senior management.

Job Summary IT Director Epic EMR - Ambulatory (Hybrid)

We are seeking a dynamic and results‑driven Director, Epic EMR to join our team. A strong executive presence, exceptional relationship-building skills, and a commitment to continuous delivery are essential for success in this role. Reporting directly to the VP of EMR Systems, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the clinical EMR portfolio and engagement through innovative technology solutions. Your expertise will directly contribute to our organization’s strategic goals of growth, improved patient outcomes, and expanded capacity for care. The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record of success in leading Epic EMR initiatives, with a deep understanding of Epic Ambulatory and additional clinical modules. Develop and execute a strategic roadmap for the Clinical EMR portfolio and aligned with the VP of EMR Systems’ vision and enterprise‑wide EMR strategy. Lead Epic Ambulatory/Healthy Planet and OpTime/Ancillary Teams Drive measurable improvements in key performance indicators (KPIs) as defined by Duly senior management team. Manage and develop a high‑performing team, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment. Partner with the VP of EMR Systems and other key stakeholders to ensure seamless integration and optimization of EMR systems. Compensation

The compensation for this role includes a base pay range of $135,861.65 - $180,000 with the actual pay determined by factors such as skills, experience, education, certifications, geographic location, and internal equity. Additional compensation may be available through shift differentials, bonuses, and other incentives. Base pay is only a portion of the total rewards package.
