Job summary

Kymera Therapeutics seeks an IT Director, Development Business Partner to lead the IT strategy for the Development organization. You will drive Veeva Vault QMS/eTMF/CTMS implementations, partner with Clinical Operations and Regulatory, and shape the tech roadmap for Phase 3 readiness and NDA submission.

The role requires 12+ years in biotech IT, strong governance of validated systems, and a passion for applying AI to development processes. On-site presence 3–5 days a week is expected.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of IT experience supporting the Development organization in biotech/pharma.
• Experience taking a company through Phase 3, NDA submission, and commercialization.
• Hands-on experience with Veeva Vault (QMS, eTMF, CTMS) and clinical trial process knowledge.
• Familiarity with SAS or equivalent in clinical submissions and validated systems governance.
• Experience with Regulatory Information Management systems for submission-ready tech.
• Genuine interest in AI and applying it to development tech.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary IT business partner for Development, aligning with operations and regulatory teams.
• Define and drive the technology roadmap for Phase 3 scale and NDA readiness.
• Lead validation, compliance, and change-management across Development systems.
• Manage vendor/partner relationships and ensure quality, budget, and timelines.
