Responsibilities include building stakeholder partnerships, translating business needs into technology roadmaps, leading demand management, overseeing application selection and lifecycle activities, ensuring GxP compliance, and managing vendors and project execution. The role also emphasizes cross-functional collaboration to optimize systems like Veeva RIM, Veeva CTMS, Oracle Argus, ReadCube, and analytics tools; and enhancing data and process integration.
Qualifications: Bachelor's in IT, life sciences, or related fields; 8-10+ years of experience in biotech/pharma IT, with expertise supporting R&D or development functions. Skills include knowledge of clinical data systems, regulated GxP applications, vendor management, business analysis, and project leadership. Preferred experience with cloud-based platforms, system integrations, and emerging technologies such as automation and AI.
