Kymera Therapeutics seeks a Senior/Executive Director of AI Strategy & Applications to become the first dedicated AI leader. Reporting to the VP of IT, this hands-on role will define Kymera's enterprise AI strategy and drive its execution with the CEO and Executive Team.

You will own AI platform selection, governance, and vendor relationships while partnering with Research, Clinical Development, Regulatory/CMC, and G&A to turn scientific and business challenges into working AI solutions.

Qualifications

• Experience in biotech/pharma with drug discovery or clinical development exposure.
• Hands-on with AI/LLM platforms and API-based solution building.
• Strong ability to translate business needs into practical AI solutions.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain Kymera's enterprise AI strategy and multi-year roadmap.
• Prototype, build, and ship AI-powered solutions for urgent business needs.
• Evaluate, select, and administer AI platforms across the enterprise.
• Establish and lead AI governance with data privacy and vendor risk policies.
• Manage the AI vendor landscape and external engagements.
• Champion AI adoption through education and enablement programs.
• Own AEO/GEO strategy to align AI platforms with Kymera's science.
• Build trusted relationships with leaders across functions.
