Job summary

Tria Federal is seeking a Director of Information Technology to lead the technology backbone across the enterprise. You will oversee IT infrastructure, cloud integration, security, and vendor management to enable fast, secure delivery of services to federal clients.

This role emphasizes operational excellence, risk management, and a collaborative leadership style, working closely with Cloud and Cyber Security practices to balance innovation with guardrails.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive experience in IT roles spanning infrastructure, networking, service delivery, or IT operations.
• 5+ years in a senior IT leadership capacity, including direct management of helpdesk or IT operations and accountability for service levels.
• Experience managing hardware and software procurement, SaaS portfolios, vendor contracts, and IT budgets.

Responsibilities

• Own the architecture, operation, and continuous improvement of enterprise IT infrastructure, including networking across all company facilities, wireless, VPN and remote access, telephony, and conferencing environments.
• Ensure high availability, performance, and resilience of core corporate systems, with defined SLAs, monitoring, and disaster recovery / business continuity plans that are tested and current.
• Manage identity and access infrastructure, including directory services, single sign-on, multi-factor authentication, and conditional access, in partnership with the Cyber Security Practice.
