Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive IT experience, including leadership.
• 5+ years managing staff, budgets, and vendors.
• Experience in cybersecurity, cloud admin, and strategy.
• Strong communication and relationship management.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the IT strategy, roadmap, and standards.
• Advise on technology solutions, cybersecurity, and investments.
• Direct enterprise infrastructure (identity, servers, storage, network, cloud).
• Lead cybersecurity initiatives: MFA, monitoring, incident response.
• Oversee enterprise platforms (G Workspace, M365, Zoom Rooms, apps).
• Manage procurement, inventory, licensing, and vendor relationships.
• Administer IT budgets and financial stewardship.
• Promote service excellence and customer-focused IT delivery.
• Supervise IT staff and foster growth and accountability.
