Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Artificial Intelligence, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 8–10 years of progressive experience in technology leadership or digital transformation.
• At least 3–5 years leading technology teams, AI initiatives, or enterprise automation projects.
• Proven track record implementing AI-powered solutions and integrating enterprise tech systems.
• Strong understanding of generative AI, LLMs, API integrations, workflow automation, and data analytics.
• Experience with cybersecurity, cloud infrastructure, vendor management, and tech budgets.
• Ability to develop technology strategies that drive measurable business results.
• Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive technology and AI roadmap aligned with organizational objectives.
• Lead technology modernization, digital transformation, and automation initiatives.
• Evaluate platforms, infrastructure, and systems to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Establish governance, performance standards, and scalable tech solutions.
• Collaborate with executive leadership on strategic technology investments.
• Lead adoption and integration of AI across departments and processes.
• Design AI-powered workflows, document processing, and predictive analytics solutions.
• Establish AI governance standards addressing privacy, security, and responsible use.
• Measure AI initiatives by productivity gains, cost savings, and business impact.
• Oversee integration of enterprise systems and data flows; ensure data quality.
• Manage budgets, licensing, vendor contracts, and technology expenditures.
• Mentor technology teams and drive a culture of continuous improvement.
