Smith Debnam is seeking an IT Director in Raleigh, NC to provide overall direction for information systems, security, and technology resources. The role partners with the COO and Executive Committee to support firm operations and strategic goals.

You will lead IT operations across offices, manage cloud and on-prem solutions, oversee budgets and projects, and drive technology initiatives that enhance client service and risk management.

Qualifikationen

• Experience leading IT in a professional services firm preferred.
• Strong communication and presentation skills are essential.
• Ability to manage budgets and oversee large IT projects.
• Proven leadership with decision-making responsibility.
• Knowledge of security concepts, audits, and compliance.
• Experience with both on-prem and cloud-hosted systems.
