Job summary

Qualifications

• Working knowledge of Windows, Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Familiarity with iPhone and Android devices.
• Ability to work well independently.

Responsibilities

• Set up computers and mobile devices for shipment.
• Pack and ship items; scan and track each item.
• Keep finished items organized and separate from items in progress.
• Identify and fix basic hardware problems.
• Support the team by performing duties safely, accurately and efficiently.
