ID Technology, part of ProMach, is seeking a Field Service Technician to support the Great Lakes region, including Fort Wayne, IN area. You will install, maintain, and repair marking, coding and labeling equipment, using strong electro-mechanical skills to deliver superior service to customers.

Travel up to 60% with overnight stays will be required. Candidates should be able to identify customer needs, operate MS Office, and be ready to grow professionally within a dynamic, growth-focused

Formación

• Experience in repair and troubleshooting of electro-mechanical equipment.
• Knowledge of industry and applications.
• PMMI certification: company provided.
• Ability to travel up to 60% with valid ID or Passport for travel.
• Computer literacy, especially MS Office; Syteline a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Install, demonstrate, maintain and repair marking, coding and labeling equipment
• Develop reports in keeping with company reporting mechanisms
• Attend trainings and meetings as required by leadership
• Assist in office-based duties when not required to be in the field
• Keep current on trends from both market and technical perspectives
