Job summary

Pro Resources Staffing Services in Fort Wayne, IN is seeking a Manual Packer/Shipper to set up computers and mobile devices for shipment, pack and scan items, and track them through the packing and shipping process. You will keep finished items organized and separate from items in progress.

The role is full-time, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM with overtime available. Requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent, 2 years of related experience, and working knowledge of Windows, Outlook, Word, and

Who We Are

Pro Resources is seeking a candidate for this position. This role sets up, packs, and ships computers and mobile devices, making sure every item is tracked accurately from setup to shipment.

Schedule & Pay

Schedule & PayHours: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM, with overtime available

Pay: $16.00/hour

The Manual Packer/Shipper WillSet up computers and mobile phones for shipmentTag, scan, and track each item through the packing and shipping process

Keep finished items separate and organized from items still in process

Identify and fix basic hardware problems

Support the Company and coworkers by performing work duties safely, accurately, and efficiently

Required Skills/Knowledge

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2 years of related experience
• Working knowledge of Windows, Outlook, Word, and Excel
• Familiarity with iPhone and Android devices
• Ability to work well independently

Skills/Knowledge Preferred

• IT degree or A+ certification
• Prior experience with barcode scanning and inventory tracking
• Basic hardware troubleshooting experience
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Lift up to 30 lbs frequently, up to 75 lbs independently on occasion, and up to 200 lbs with assistance

Bend and twist frequently

Able to stand for extended periods, bend, twist, and lift up to 30 lbs frequently, up to 75 lbs independently on occasion, and up to 200 lbs with assistance, for a minimum 8-hour workday. #FortWayne
