Job summary

Pro Resources Staffing Services in Fort Wayne is hiring a Data Entry Associate to support a detail-oriented team. You will check customer tickets for accuracy, test phones and devices before shipment, and document issues for daily and weekly updates.

The role features a Monday–Friday 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM schedule with OT available. Required is a high school diploma or GED, working knowledge of iPhone, Android and Windows devices, and strong attention to detail.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Working knowledge of iPhone, Android, and Windows devices.
• Strong attention to detail.
• A+ certification (preferred).
• 1–2 years of related experience (preferred).
• Accurate data entry and basic computer skills, including MS Office.
• Clear written and verbal communication for reporting issues and updates.

Responsibilities

• Check customer tickets for errors and accuracy
• Test phones and devices before they are sent out
• Document and report any problems found
• Prepare and send daily and weekly updates
• Follow the team lead's instructions and priorities
• Perform other duties as assigned
