You will support Windows 11, macOS, and mobile devices, troubleshoot printers, conferencing gear, and collaboration tools like Zoom while gaining hands-on Azure and ServiceNow experience.

• Ability to manage multiple support requests and prioritize tasks.

Responsibilities

• Assist with setting up and deploying Windows devices using Intune and macOS with JAMF.
• Install and troubleshoot OSes, productivity software, O365, SharePoint, mobile devices, and Zoom.
• Track IT assets and use ServiceNow for tickets and asset tracking.
• Manage user and device accounts in Azure under senior guidance.
• Collaborate with team members to provide high‑quality support remotely and in person.
• Document actions taken and escalate issues to senior IT staff as needed.
• Onboard new users and assist with deploying new hardware and software.
