Job summary

Qualifications

• Interest in computers, networks, technology, and customer service.
• Willingness to learn Windows 11, macOS, mobile devices, printers, and Zoom.
• Ability to follow instructions and learn from feedback.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Basic to intermediate understanding of computer hardware and software.

Responsibilities

• Assist with setting up and deploying Windows devices using Intune.
• Install and troubleshoot Windows, macOS, iOS, Android, and productivity software.
• Track IT assets and use ServiceNow for ticketing.
• Manage user and device accounts in Azure.
• Collaborate with the team to support end users remotely or in person.
• Respond to HelpDesk requests and document actions.
• Support deployment of new hardware and software and onboarding.
• Contribute to a positive customer experience.
• Create and modify KB articles and learn KB practices (KCS).
