Job summary

F5 Networks, Inc. is seeking a Desktop Support Specialist to join the IT Desktop Support team. You will set up, deploy, and troubleshoot Windows 11, macOS, and mobile devices, printers, and conferencing tools while gaining hands-on experience with Azure and ServiceNow.

Qualifications

• Interest in computers, networks, technology and customer service.
• Willingness to learn Windows11, macOS, mobile devices, printers, and collaboration tools like Zoom.
• Ability to follow instructions, ask questions, and learn from feedback.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Basic to intermediate understanding of computer hardware and software.

Responsibilities

• Assist with setting up and deploying Windows devices using Intune and macOS devices using JAMF.
• Install and troubleshoot operating systems, software, O365, SharePoint, mobile devices, and Zoom.
• Track IT assets and use ServiceNow for ticket management and asset tracking.
• Manage user and device accounts in Azure under guidance from senior team members.
• Collaborate with team to provide high-quality support remotely and in person.
• Respond to HelpDesk requests, document actions taken, and escalate issues as needed.
• Participate in deploying new hardware and software and assist with onboarding new users.
• Contribute to maintaining a positive and professional customer experience.
