Qualifications

• Enrolled as a full-time undergraduate student (2nd year+ preferred).

• Good academic standing; GPA 3.0+ preferred.
• Ability to work up to 40 hours per week.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and related software.

Responsibilities

• Learn new development tools and IT stacks with hands-on projects.
• Build/configure Windows workstations for associates.
• Perform advanced software/hardware troubleshooting and diagnostics.
• Troubleshoot and respond to user questions.
• Track and update open calls and/or escalate problems.
• Assist with documenting, maintaining, upgrades or replacing hardware and software systems.
