Job summary

Armaments Research Company (ARC) is seeking an IT Support professional to serve as the primary contact for internal IT needs and to maintain a robust Windows/macOS environment. You will manage accounts in Microsoft 365 and Azure AD, deploy devices, and keep the IT ticketing system running smoothly.

In this role you will troubleshoot across platforms, support endpoints with MDM, and assist with security and compliance tasks in a dynamic, defense-oriented setting.

Qualifications

• 1+ year experience in IT Support, Help Desk, or Desktop Support.
• Proficiency with Windows 10/11 troubleshooting and admin tasks.
• Working knowledge of macOS in a mixed Windows/macOS environment.
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 applications like Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive.
• Basic networking understanding: WiFi, VPN, DNS, DHCP.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Customer-service mindset with a focus on fast, effective resolutions.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for internal IT support across hardware, software, connectivity, and accounts.
• Troubleshoot issues across Windows and macOS; handle in person, remote, and ticketing system requests.
• Manage IT ticket queue: log, prioritize, and resolve with clear communication.
• Escalate complex issues with documented steps taken.
• Provide A/V and technical support for team meetings and demonstrations.
• Set up and deploy laptops/peripherals for new employees; onboard and offboard users.
• Manage user accounts in Microsoft 365 and Azure AD; track assets and inventory.
• Support endpoint management with MDM tools and monitor field connectivity solutions.
