Qualifications

• Four years of equivalent experience in a similar environment, plus three certifications OR an Associate's degree in IT/STEM; education cannot substitute for one year of experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintains deployment tools and servers used for system deployments.
• Maintains network print servers and queues.
• Manages software scans for reporting and licensing.
• Provides advanced IT support to Desktop Tech Specialists I.
• Diagnoses and repairs computer hardware and software issues.
• Coordinates with network, security, and infrastructure teams.
