Job summary

Avel eCare is seeking an IT Operations Technician I to deploy, configure, and test IT network equipment and end-user devices across our nationwide virtual health network. This onsite role at the Sioux Falls hub supports onboarding, troubleshooting, and asset logistics to ensure smooth implementations.

The position emphasizes collaboration with IT teams, go-live testing, and adherence to change-management procedures while maintaining device inventories and documentation.

Qualifications

• Associate degree preferred in IT, CS, or similar field.
• Hands-on experience with monitoring, network diagnostics and network analytics tools.

Responsibilities

• Configures, tests, and deploys IT equipment and end-user devices.
• Supports customer onboarding and go-live testing.
• Troubleshoots connectivity issues and performs network diagnostics.
• Manages asset packing, shipping, and inventory/documentation.
• Collaborates with IT teams to coordinate deployments and schedules.
• Provides Tier 2-3 support for deployment and implementations.
