Job summary

Evolver is seeking a Resource Fulfillment Technician to support federal staff deployments under a federal IT support services contract. The role includes laptop imaging, configuration, deployment, and troubleshooting.

You will manage service requests, create and support user accounts, and coordinate on-site and remote deployments, documenting steps in ticketing systems. This on-site position in Washington, DC (near Smithsonian Metro) with occasional travel to Maryland runs weekdays 8:00–4:30,

Qualifications

• 2 years of deploying laptops, desktops, and mobile devices.
• 1 year imaging, configuring, deploying, and troubleshooting Windows devices.
• 1 year with Microsoft Office 365 and enterprise software.
• 1 year with Active Directory and user access management.
• 1 year using IT service management or ticketing systems.
• 1 year maintaining inventory and asset records.
• 1 year supporting Microsoft Office applications.
• 1 year supporting HP and Dell workstations.

Responsibilities

• Manage and prioritize service requests and fulfillment tickets per SLAs.
• Image, configure, deploy, and troubleshoot laptops, desktops, and mobile devices.
• Install and validate software to ensure devices are ready for deployment.
• Create, modify, and support user accounts and access permissions.
• Coordinate on-site and remote deployments across locations.
• Provide assistance during device delivery, setup, and post-deployment activities.
• Maintain asset tracking records and update inventory systems.
• Document fulfillment activities and troubleshooting steps in ticketing systems.
• Collaborate with Service Desk and Desktop Support to resolve issues.
• Assist with hardware lifecycle management including replacement and disposal.
• Ensure compliance with security and asset management policies.
• Identify deployment challenges and suggest process improvements.
