Job summary

Cordia is seeking an IT Deployment and Support Associate to deploy, configure, ship, and support end-user computing devices throughout the organization. This role provides hands-on experience in a corporate IT environment while helping ensure employees receive secure, properly configured technology to perform their jobs effectively.

Qualifications

• Pursuing or completed a degree in IT or related field.
• Basic Windows operating system knowledge.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to follow documented processes and stay organized.
• Ability to lift and move equipment up to 40 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Configure and deploy Windows laptops/desktops per Cordia standards.
• Install software, security tools, and updates.
• Enroll devices into Microsoft Intune, Microsoft 365, and other platforms.
• Coordinate shipping of new computers to employees and field locations.
• Verify hardware inventories and maintain asset records.
• Assist users with initial device setup, login issues, and basic support.
• Troubleshoot workstation, printer, and connectivity issues.
• Support onboarding and equipment replacement activities.
• Maintain deployment, inventory, and shipping documentation.
• Coordinate warranty and repair activities with vendors.
• Assist with technology refresh initiatives and IT projects.
• Follow Cordia cybersecurity policies and secure device handling procedures.
