Cordia is seeking an IT Deployment and Support Associate to assist with deploying, configuring, shipping, and supporting end-user devices. You will partner with the Infrastructure & Cybersecurity team to prepare ~125 new computers annually, coordinate shipments, maintain asset records, and provide basic technical support.

Competenze

• Currently pursuing or recently completed an Associate's or Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, Cybersecurity, or related field.
• Basic understanding of Windows operating systems.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to follow documented processes and procedures.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to lift and move computer equipment up to 40 pounds.
• Reliable transportation to Cordia's Phoenix office and local shipping facilities.

Mansioni

• Configure and deploy Windows-based laptops and desktop computers according to Cordia standards.
• Install and validate required software, security tools, and system updates.
• Enroll devices into Microsoft Intune, Microsoft 365, and other management platforms.
• Coordinate the packaging and shipment of new computers to employees and field locations.
• Verify hardware inventories and maintain accurate asset records.
• Assist users with initial device setup, login issues, and basic application support.
• Troubleshoot common workstation, printer, peripheral, and connectivity issues.
• Support user onboarding and equipment replacement activities.
• Maintain deployment, inventory, and shipping documentation.
• Coordinate warranty and repair activities with hardware vendors.
• Assist with technology refresh initiatives and special IT projects.
• Follow Cordia cybersecurity policies and secure device handling procedures.
