Harbor IT in Framingham, MA is seeking an entry-level Client Deployment Technician to join our client services team. This role configures, deploys, and ships end-user machines for Harbor IT clients and manages the shipping and receiving from the Framingham office, often serving as the first Harbor IT contact for customers.

It blends hands-on IT deployment with customer-facing service and is a strong entry point for a recent technical-program graduate or self-taught PC builder looking to grow

Qualifications

• Familiarity with basic IT tasks and workstation setup.
• Experience with imaging and device configuration is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication; professional client-facing presence.

Responsibilities

• Configure and deploy end-user machines for client environments using imaging tools.
• Deploy software packages according to client configurations.
• Manage shipping/receiving and device retirement or return to clients.
• Provide first-line setup support and guide users through login and access.
