Computacenter is seeking a Practice Manager to lead approximately 20 project managers with full commercial responsibility for IT infrastructure projects. You will drive delivery, governance, and customer outcomes, collaborating with pre-sales, service delivery and service development to advance the Projects Practice.

The role requires 5+ years of management experience, a track record leading large-scale IT projects, and a passion for developing people.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of management experience.
• Experience leading delivery of large-scale IT infrastructure projects with commercial accountability.
• Governance and control in delivery of projects.
• Developing individuals and teams to strengthen capability.
• Innovative leadership to improve customer outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders to deliver services aligned with company objectives.
• Deliver customer engagements and line-manage around 10 project managers (regional travel essential).
• Accountable for assurance, governance and customer satisfaction.
