Qualifications

• Legally eligible to work in the United States.
• 5+ years of management experience.
• Recent experience leading delivery of large-scale IT infrastructure projects.
• Experience applying governance and control in overseeing delivery.
• Innovative leader with focus on developing people and teams.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders to deliver services aligned with company objectives.
• Lead delivery of customer engagements and line manage around 10 project managers (regional travel essential).
• Accountable for governance, assurance and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain and innovate Practice capability to support business strategy.
• Develop standardized, competitive, market-relevant service offerings.
• Provide thought leadership and collaborate with stakeholders.
• Manage the team to achieve financial targets and improve productivity and quality.
• Drive a high-performance culture and attract top talent.
