Job summary

Computacenter is seeking a Delivery Manager to lead and govern service and change delivery for major accounts. You will manage a team and matrix resources to ensure service levels, financial targets, and customer satisfaction are achieved while driving delivery quality.

You will oversee governance, risk management, and continuous improvement across delivery teams, including partners, and you will contribute to the account strategy with clear, consistent communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Experienced practitioner in IT Service Management.
• Trained in ITIL, possibly Expert status.
• Understanding how IT services fit in a customer’s business and how we add value.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage delivery of run and change services to meet commitments
• Demonstrate understanding of performance and actions to improve
• Manage internal and partner delivery teams’ performance
• Identify risks and take measures to mitigate them
• Improve delivery processes and value throughout contract lifecycle
• Support contract changes and cost management
