Qualifications

• 5+ years of increasingly complex project related experience.
• Experience working on system conversions and/or systems upgrades.
• Knowledge and experience in the financial services industry a plus.
• Knowledge and experience with IT standard project lifecycle.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience required.

Responsibilities

• Leads cross functional IT project teams or workstreams, coordinating developers, analysts, testers, and system administrators.
• Develops and implements project plans for IT projects including software development and infrastructure upgrades.
• Oversees all aspects of IT project execution from requirements gathering to deployment and maintenance.
• Monitors project progress and mitigates risks impacting delivery.
• Manages budgets, resources, and timelines to deliver within scope and budget.
• Adheres to Agile or Waterfall methodologies and provides leadership and guidance to the team.
