Job summary

NTT DATA, Inc. in Dallas, TX seeks a Technical Delivery Manager to bridge IT operations, service delivery and business stakeholders. You will drive incident management, risk control and service performance to meet client objectives.

Responsibilities span service delivery, operational leadership, technical oversight, risk and compliance, budgeting and vendor management, with a focus on 24x7 readiness and client satisfaction. Monday–Friday schedule; some travel may be required.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in an IT Delivery role.
• Hands-on infrastructure services experience is mandatory.
• Experience with ITIL, PMP, Agile, cloud, security, or infra certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure IT services are delivered according to SLAs.
• Monitor operational performance, availability, and reliability.
• Lead infrastructure, cloud, network, security, storage, database and platform support teams.
• Coordinate incident, problem, and change management activities.
• Ensure security, audit, and regulatory compliance is maintained.
• Manage budgets and vendor relationships.
