Job summary

NTT DATA Services is seeking a Technical Project Manager / Delivery Lead to join our Charlotte team. You will own planning, delivery, and governance of multi-team technology initiatives, coordinating with stakeholders and vendors to ensure on-time outcomes.

The role emphasizes Agile practices, risk management, and end-to-end accountability in a fast-paced environment, with opportunities to leverage AI and automation for better delivery.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in Technical Project Management or IT Delivery
• 5+ years managing complex technology projects with multiple stakeholders
• 4+ years hands-on Agile methodologies (Scrum/SAFe)
• 4+ years managing scope, schedules, risks, and deliverables
• 4+ years collaborating with business stakeholders, architects, and leadership
• 3+ years using Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence or similar tools
• 3+ years managing multiple workstreams and vendor dependencies
• 3+ years across SDLC (APIs, integration, enterprise tech)
• 2+ years experience with AI-enabled technologies or automation
• 4+ years in risk, issue, dependency, change, stakeholder management
• 4+ years preparing project plans, RAID logs, dashboards
• 3+ years driving delivery improvements and Agile maturity
• Strong analytical, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution, and delivery of complex technology projects across business and technology teams.
• Partner with stakeholders to define scope, priorities, and delivery plans.
• Drive Agile delivery practices (Sprint Planning, Backlog Refinement, Reviews, Retrospectives, release planning).
• Manage project schedules, milestones, dependencies, risks, issues, and deliverables across workstreams.
• Translate business objectives into technology plans and align teams.
• Evaluate opportunities to leverage AI, automation, and emerging tech.
• Collaborate with teams on dependencies, architecture, and delivery risks.
• Maintain governance with plans, RAID logs, status reports, and executive reporting.
• Proactively resolve risks and cross-team dependencies to stay on track.
• Ensure deliverables meet scope, quality, and timelines.
• Drive continuous improvement across Agile practices and delivery.
• Provide updates to senior leadership on progress and decisions.
• Take end-to-end accountability for successful delivery in a fast-paced environment.
