Job summary

Techstra Solutions is seeking an experienced IT Delivery Leader to oversee delivery excellence across client engagements in Pittsburgh, PA. You will translate business requirements into actionable delivery plans and ensure projects meet timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

You will mentor delivery managers and consultants, drive continuous process improvements, and collaborate with account teams to expand client relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, or related field.
• 10+ years leading technology consulting, professional services, or IT delivery organizations.
• Strong delivery leadership across application development, data, cloud, AI, and managed services.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of technology consulting engagements and managed services.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to quality expectations.
• Oversee planning, estimation, staffing, governance, and delivery execution.
• Serve as the primary escalation point for delivery issues and client concerns.
• Build trusted relationships with client executives and stakeholders.
• Partner with account leaders to drive client satisfaction, retention, and growth.
• Establish and improve delivery processes, standards, and best practices.
• Monitor delivery KPIs including project health, utilization, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
• Manage engagement financial performance, including revenue, gross margin, forecasting, and budgets.
