Job summary

The State of Washington’s Department of Labor and Industries seeks an IT Data Management - Manager to lead 16 data management staff and oversee the data warehouse and roughly 300 application databases. You will guide four teams—Data Warehouse, EAI, Data Administration, and Database Administration—ensuring alignment with program direction and agency standards.

Qualifications

Ten (10) years of experience in IT Data administration with advanced knowledge in data technologies, architecture, security, policies, databases, cloud data processing, data storage, data messaging, metadata, data warehouse, and data integration.

Responsibilities

Establish priorities and coordinate timely delivery of IT services.
Build relationships with business stakeholders and IT teams to maintain and enhance solutions.
Provide leadership and oversee successful delivery of data management solutions.
Oversee planning, design, development, and testing of data system enhancements.
Manage OLAs with application support teams and set expectations.
Ensure applications remain current and compliant with agency standards.
