Job summary

LGG Industrial seeks an IT Manager (Data Systems) to lead the EDW, data pipelines, and SharePoint platforms with hands-on leadership. You will guide a small data team, design scalable ingestion and transformation patterns, and ensure secure, governed data movement from source systems to downstream consumers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent technical experience.
• 7+ years in data engineering, data warehousing, or related platforms.
• Experience with Microsoft 365, SharePoint Online, SQL-based data platforms, and Fabric/Microsoft data services.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor Data and SharePoint teams; balance delivery with ops support.
• Own EDW architecture, modernization, and data ingestion pipelines.
• Design, monitor, and optimize ETL/ELT pipelines from ERP and other apps.
• Administer databases; ensure security, availability, and performance.
• Architect secure integrations with Workday, AD Entra ID, SugarCRM, and more.
• Oversee SharePoint Online architecture, governance, and Nintex workflows.
• Develop enterprise workflows using Nintex Automation Cloud and related tech.
• Support governed Power BI data sources and datasets; ensure governance.
