Qualifications

• 1+ years of IT customer support experience.
• 1+ years of Microsoft Office applications.
• Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Distributed desktop support.
• Desktop and infrastructure maintenance.
• Installation services.
• Problem resolution and help desk support.
• Installs computer equipment (lease replacements/new hires).
• Build computer equipment for new hires, refresh, job changes.
• Supports and tests IT technology and provides feedback.
