Job summary

VIVA HEALTH is seeking a Vendor Contracts Administrator to manage the full lifecycle of vendor contracts from drafting to renewal while ensuring accuracy and regulatory compliance.

In this role you will assign internal owners, coordinate across departments for drafting, approval, execution, and amendments, and maintain contract status dashboards. You will support audits and drive process improvements to strengthen governance in a healthcare setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field; 3–5 years contract administration experience.
• Healthcare compliance knowledge (HIPAA, CMS, OIG) required.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and communications skills.
• Proficiency with contract management software and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain vendor contracts in the management system.
• Coordinate drafting, review, approval, and execution across departments.
• Track milestones, renewals, and performance obligations for compliance.
• Serve as primary contact for contract inquiries and reporting.
• Support vendor onboarding with required documentation and approvals.
• Assist audits and negotiate or amend contracts as needed.
• Identify process improvements to strengthen governance.
