Job summary

Qualifications

• Prepare and post journal entries, accruals, reconciliations, and close-related schedules.
• Support Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable accounting activities.
• Assist with financial reporting, variance analysis, audit support, and accounting process improvements.
• 1 to 2 years of accounting experience, preferably in a Staff Accountant, Accountant, AP, AR, or general ledger support role.
• Working knowledge of month-end close, account reconciliations, journal entries, accruals, and supporting documentation.
• Familiarity with Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processes, including invoice coding, payment posting, vendor reconciliations, and customer account support.
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, organization, and follow-through.
• Ability to work collaboratively with accounting, finance, AP, AR, and cross-functional business teams.
• Strong communication skills and a proactive approach to problem solving and process improvement.

Compensation and Benefits
