Job summary

Connection in Ohio is seeking an Integration Center Team Leader to oversee the daily operations of the zone, supervise the Configuration/Depot/Kitting teams, and drive KPI reporting. The role emphasizes training, coaching, and aligning with strategic direction while spending significant time with technicians on projects.

You will mentor staff, manage scheduling and training, and collaborate with sales and product management to track order status and outcomes on a 2nd shift (M-F 2:30pm - 11:00pm)

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or the equivalent combination of education and work experience.
• Strong leadership with ability to manage and develop a team.
• Solid understanding of the value-added technology industry.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Technical aptitude to learn new skills quickly.
• Lean methodologies within the configuration center.
• Advanced Access and database reporting abilities.
• Excellent written and oral communication; customer-focused.
• Ability to adapt to shifting priorities and work cross-functionally.
• Analytical thinker who can derive insights from data.

Responsibilities

• Oversees daily zone activities, staffing, and budget adherence.
• Leads Configuration/Depot/Kitting team and coaching to ensure strategic direction.
• Identifies training needs and ensures technician development.
• Generates daily and weekly KPI reports for management and supporting departments.
• Maintains reports and provides data to other departments; drives continuous improvement.
