Job summary

Zones is seeking an Integration Supervisor to lead the Integration Department during the second shift (2:30 pm – 11:30 pm). You will supervise technicians, coordinate production schedules with Sales and Engineering, and help develop procedures for Zones customers.

Qualified candidates should have CompTIA A+ (Server+ desirable), experience managing 5–10 technicians, and strong analytical, detail-oriented skills.

Qualifications

CompTIA A+ Certification required; CompTIA Server+ or equivalent highly desirable.
Experience supervising a team of 5-10 technicians.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Ability to prioritize technical tasks based on customer requirements.
Experience with customer interaction and satisfaction.

Responsibilities

Utilize production schedule and coordinate with Sales and Engineering to plan production schedules.
Communicate with Manager, sales, and operations to understand upcoming projects and set ETAs.
Ensure production schedules account for delivery methods and customer SLAs.
Maintain current industry certifications of technical staff and pursue new ones as needed.
Review lab equipment and arrange replacements or upgrades as required.
