Job summary

Raymond James in Saint Petersburg, FL seeks a Compliance Manager with extensive securities/banking regulatory knowledge to lead issues management, regulatory change initiatives, and exams coordination within PAC.

You will collaborate with Internal Audit and Risk Management, prepare management briefs, and drive projects to mitigate emerging risks in a hybrid work environment with strong leadership expectations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field and at least six years of compliance experience.
• Experience in securities or banking compliance.
• Knowledge of SEC, FINRA, and banking regulators.
• Experience with issues management and regulatory exams.

Responsibilities

• Partner with compliance stakeholders on strategic initiatives.
• Manage issues and action plans from identification to resolution.
• Document and manage regulatory changes, books and records.
• Coordinate with Internal Audit and Regulatory Exams and Inquiries Management.
• Prepare written and oral updates for management.
