Responsibilities

• Create user-facing IT communications for system launches, updates, maintenance, and new initiatives.
• Develop training materials, user guides, support articles, FAQs, and instructional content.
• Write executive and management communications aligned with internal standards.
• Simplify technical information into clear, concise messaging for broad audiences.
• Create and maintain communication templates and urgent IT incident notifications.
• Publish and distribute communications through internal platforms (SharePoint, Populo).
• Support basic graphic design, image editing, and HTML-related needs.
