Job summary

Baird is seeking a Technology Communications & Adoption Specialist II to lead communications and enablement for IT projects, including upgrades, migrations and AI initiatives. This hybrid Milwaukee role focuses on turning technical details into clear messages and practical learning resources for associates.

You will design learning materials, apply adult-learning principles, and collaborate with IT project teams to support go-lives and adoption, while continuously improving the employee

Qualifications

Experience creating guides, FAQs, job aids, videos and other learning content that makes technical topics accessible to non-technical audiences.
Ability to translate complex technical information into clear, audience-appropriate messaging and change narratives.

Responsibilities

Own and maintain communication plans and calendars for IT projects and technology-change initiatives.
Design and produce learning resources such as quick-start guides, FAQs, job aids, short videos and e-learning.
Coordinate demonstrations, office hours and walkthroughs to support go-lives and major changes.
Measure and report on adoption and training outcomes to drive improvements.
