Immatics is a global leader in cancer immunotherapy, seeking an Executive Director of Clinical Operations to drive end-to-end portfolio execution and operational excellence. This role partners with the VP of Clinical Operations to translate strategy into scalable, global processes and a high-performing, geographically dispersed team.

The position emphasizes trial management, regulatory readiness, and CRO/vendor governance with a strong focus on Phase III initiatives and commercialization

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a scientific, nursing, or business discipline required.
• 15+ years of clinical research experience in biotech, pharma, or CRO.
• 7+ years in a senior multi-functional leadership role.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day global Clinical Operations on behalf of the VP.
• Align teams to function as a unified, high-performing ecosystem.
• Bridge milestones with operational delivery across US and Europe.
