Job summary

Immatics US, Inc. seeks an Executive Director, Clinical Operations to serve as the operational deputy to the VP, Clinical Operations. You will translate clinical strategy into seamless portfolio delivery, scale organizational capability, and drive global execution across the lifecycle of late-stage programs.

Location: Global (US / Germany; Remote). Salary range: $270,000–$300,000. Bachelor’s degree required; 15+ years in clinical research with 7+ years in senior leadership; advanced degree

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required in a scientific, nursing, or business discipline.
  • Advanced degree (MD/PhD/PharmD/MS/MBA) preferred but not required for all candidates.

Responsibilities

  • Lead day-to-day operations of the global Clinical Operations organization on behalf of the VP.
  • Ensure Trial/Asset Operations, Site Operations, Biosample Operations, and Clinical Systems function as a unified, high-performing ecosystem.
  • Bridge milestones with operational realities, aligning sub-functions toward shared portfolio timelines.
