U.S. Bank is seeking a Change Manager with service management and change management process experience to lead end-to-end large-scale application changes. The role emphasizes assessing impact, costs, risks, and coordinating planning and implementation across IT and business teams.

Successful candidates will demonstrate integrity, accountability, and collaboration while maintaining high availability of systems. The position requires working from a U.S. Bank location part of the week.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
• ITIL Service Management Foundation certification
• At least 5 years experience with processes, practices and tools for effectively managing changes to the production or live services environment.

Responsabilités

• Oversees the implementation, integration, effectiveness, and adherence to the change management process.
• Assesses the impact, cost benefit and risk of proposed changes.
• Coordinates the change planning and implementation process.
• Manages implementation of end-to-end large scale application changes.
• Maintains continuous communications with stakeholders, IT, and business teams.
• Consults on large scale and complex change management program across the organization.
• Integrates change management process with other service management functions.
• Provides day-to-day supervision of the change team, ensuring high levels of system/service availability of all systems.
