U.S. Bank seeks a Senior Strategic Project Lead to manage enterprise migration and strategic initiatives from planning through implementation and go-live.

You will coordinate across finance, risk, technology, and operations to ensure timely delivery and effective stakeholder communication. Qualifications

• Master's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 10+ years of experience in project management activities.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex, enterprise-wide migration and strategic initiatives from planning through implementation, go-live, and transition to business-as-usual operations.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, milestones, and deliverables using project management tools.
• Coordinate activities across business lines, operations, risk, finance, talent, technology, and other enterprise partners to ensure project success.
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders and serve as the central point of coordination for project execution and communication.
• Identify project risks, dependencies, roadblocks, and opportunities, and drive resolution strategies.
• Facilitate project meetings, working sessions, and stakeholder discussions to maintain alignment and momentum.
• Create executive-ready presentations, status reports, dashboards, and project communications for leaders and stakeholders.
