Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• ITIL Service Management Foundation certification.
• At least 5 years experience with processes, practices and tools for effectively managing changes to the production or live services environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversees the implementation, integration, effectiveness, and adherence to the change management process.
• Manages end-to-end large scale application changes and coordinates planning and implementation.
• Provides day-to-day supervision of the change team and ensures high levels of system/service availability.
