Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience preferred.
• 3+ years in Project, Program, or Change Management focused on technology delivery coordination or enterprise change governance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee changes, programs, and project initiatives across the organization with cross-functional teams.
• Act as primary coordination point, managing dependencies, risks, timelines, and stakeholder alignment.
• Ensure compliance with enterprise change, security, audit, and risk management standards.
• Handle stakeholder coordination, records maintenance, process documentation, and intake governance.
• Manage work prioritization, operational readiness activities, reporting, and continuous process improvement.
• Provide visibility into change and delivery health, proactively identifying and mitigating risks.
• Promote collaboration across software developers, scrum masters, project managers, engineering teams, and business stakeholders.
• Work independently and with peers to improve delivery flow and drive efficient execution.
