Harvest Hill Beverage Company, a major U.S. beverage producer, seeks a Manager of IT Change and Controls to lead IT change management and general controls from Cincinnati, OH.

You will partner with IT, audit, and business teams to drive controlled changes, assess risk, and ensure audit readiness across the enterprise. The role requires strong communication, project management, and governance skills, with travel up to 10% and a track record in IT risk and compliance.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Accounting Information Systems,Business, or related field; equivalent exp may be considered.
• 5+ years in IT change management, IT controls, IT audit, IT risk management, compliance, cybersecurity governance, or IT service management.
• Strong understanding of IT general controls incl. change management, logical access, IT operations, backup & recovery, segregation of duties.
• Experience supporting internal or external audits, control testing, evidence collection, remediation tracking, audit-ready docs.
• Familiarity with ticketing platforms and change management workflows.
• Knowledge of Microsoft 365, Azure, Active Directory, ERP environments and enterprise application control concepts.

Responsabilidades

• Own and manage IT change management process; ensure changes are submitted, reviewed, risk-assessed, approved, tested, implemented, documented, and closed.
• Chair Change Advisory Board meetings; prepare agendas, track approvals, communicate decisions.
• Develop and enforce IT change management policies, standards, procedures, and docs.
• Partner with IT, business teams to assess operational, security, compliance impact of changes.
• Monitor changes to ensure adherence to processes and evidence retention.
• Lead post-implementation reviews for significant changes and drive improvements.
• Support design, monitoring, and testing of IT general controls (access, operations, backup, segregation).
• Coordinate with internal and external audits and remediation efforts.
