Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in IT change management, IT controls, IT audit, IT risk management, or related fields.
• Familiarity with ticketing platforms and change management workflows.
• Knowledge of IT general controls and segregations of duties.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage the IT change management process from submission to closure.
• Chair Change Advisory Board meetings and communicate decisions.
• Develop and enforce IT change management policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with application, infrastructure, and business teams to assess impacts.
• Monitor changes and ensure evidence retention for audits.
• Lead post-implementation reviews and drive process improvements.
• Support IT general controls testing, documentation, and remediation actions.
• Assist with audit readiness, including control walkthroughs and evidence collection.
• Provide reporting on change management KPIs and governance metrics.
