Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of IT Change Management experience.
• Strong risk management capabilities and risk-based decision-making.
• Advanced analytical skills for evaluating governance documentation.
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to engage with senior leadership.
• Demonstrated professionalism in regulated, auditable environments.

Responsibilities

• Maintain deep knowledge of the IT Change Management Standard and applicable policies; report noncompliance patterns.
• Assess risks for products, applications, infrastructure changes, and new initiatives in the production environment.
• Evaluate and approve Change Requests with risk assessments, business justification, and backout plans.
• Lead weekly Change Advisory Board (CAB) meetings and document minutes and actions.
• Monitor Change Management workflows in ServiceNow and ensure timely reviews, approvals, and closures.
• Support audit readiness and contribute to process improvements for governance maturity.
